Retain failed parts and check Send-It-Back (SIB) for an open Parts Return Request (PRR). During warranty claim processes include the following.
Active or logged code at time of failure. Attached Product Status Report (PSR) to claim
As found conditions (exact description cut, worn, burned etc.)
Provide images of damage.
Communicate if part was replaced or repair
If repaired, at what location did the repair occur (Sensor side or engine harness side).
