ACTION REQUIRED
Pull the screens out of the transmission lines to the pump and inspect for the presence of non-metalic (use a magnet) debris. On the TTT's the screen to inspect is the 8S9130 screen, found behind the four bolt cover, 4H5640, at the rear cover of the transmission. On the wheel loaders inspect the 4S8603 and 4S8598 screens, part of the output transfer gear group.
If thrust disc material is found in the screens, the planetaries will have to be removed from the machine for disassembly to replace all thrust discs in the planet carriers.
If no thrust disc material can be found in the screen the assumption is that the transmission was built with the correct thrust discs. The screens can be reinstalled.
