Installation Procedure
Note: Check the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the seals, if necessary.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contamination of the hydraulic system with foreign material will reduce the service life of the hydraulic system components.To prevent contaminants from entering the hydraulic system, always plug or cap the lines, fittings, or hoses as they are disconnected. Cover any disassembled components and clean them properly before assembly.Clean the hydraulic system properly after any major component exchange or especially after a component failure, to remove any contamination.

Install the two O-ring seals on the flow divider valve and on the spacer block. Position flow divider valve (2) and the spacer block on the propel pump and install bolts (3) .
Connect hose assemblies (1) and (4) to flow divider valve (2) .
Install bolts (5) that secure the bracket for the propel cable to the bottom of flow divider valve (2) .
Fill the hydraulic tank with hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Every 1000 Hours or 1 Year" for the procedures to fill the hydraulic tank. The capacity of the hydraulic tank is 64 L (17 US gal).
Install the hydraulic tank filler cap.End By: Lower the operator platform. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Operator Platform - Tilt".
