1. Raise machine with tooling (A), just enough to take the pressure off of the equalizer bar. 2. Remove recoil mechanism guard group (1) from each side of the machine. 3. Remove bolts (4) that fasten pin assemblies (3) to support assemblies (2), and remove pin assemblies (3). 4. Remove bolt (5) that holds pin assembly (6) in place. 5. Place a suitable floor jack under the equalizer bar and remove pin assembly (6) and the equalizer bar. The weight of the equalizer bar is 100 kg (220 lb.). The following steps are for installation of the equalizer bar.6. Put the equalizer bar in position on a suitable floor jack.7. Install pin assembly (6) and bolt (5).8. Align the pin hole in the equalizer bar with support assemblies (2), and install pin assemblies (3) and bolts (4).9. Install recoil mechanism guard group (1).10. Remove tooling (A).
