TYPICAL EXAMPLE2. Remove cover (2) from front of compartment.3. Remove bolts (1) and open cover from side of compartment.
TYPICAL EXAMPLE4. Disconnect the control linkage (4) from the valves.5. Disconnect the oil lines that are connected to the control valves. Put identification on each line and connections for installation. Install plugs in openings in valves and lines to keep out dirt and dust.6. Remove the bolts (3) and nuts that hold control valves on plate.7. Remove the control valves from side of compartment. A machine can be equipped with two, three or four valves. The number of valves needed is controlled by the number of attachments that are on the machine.Install Hydraulic Control Valves
TYPICAL EXAMPLE1. Put valves (1) in position on machine and install bolts.2. Remove plugs from opening in valves and lines.3. Connect lines to valves.4. Connect control linkage to valves.5. Fill the hydraulic tank to correct level. Start engine, check for leaks.6. Install covers on compartment.Disassemble Hydraulic Control Valves
start by:a) remove hydraulic control valves1. Put the valves in a clean work area. Remove any loose paint or dirt from outside of valves. A machine can be equipped with two, three or four valves. The number of valves needed is controlled by the number of attachments that is on a machine. 2. Remove the three nuts (7) from the tie rods that hold the valve bodies together. 3. Remove the main relief valve (4) and inlet oil manifold (5). Remove blade tilt valve body (3), lift valve body (2), blade angle valve body (6) and ripper valve body (1). The valve shown is for a D3 that has a four valve arrangement. The 931 will have two different valve bodies which are for th tilt and multipurpose bucket.
MAIN RELIEF VALVE4. Remove the main relief valve (4) and O-ring (8) from the inlet oil manifold and disassemble as shown. 5. Remove seal plate (12), wiper and seal (11) from blade tilt valve body. Remove screws
