Installation Of Condenser Coil And Fan Motors
1 Install 3V148 Bracket with two 5S7379 Bolts and 5P1075 Washers at location (B). Cut a length of 5P892 Seal (1) to 17" (430) and install on the frame with the adhesive side toward the frame. Install 2V9682 Condenser Coil (2) as shown with 6J488 Bolts (3), 5S7379 Bolts (4), 8L7395 Nuts and 5P1075 Washers. Install 5P873 Seal at location (C) as needed. 2 Cut four lengths of 5P878 Seal to 5.7" (145) and install on four 2V9992 Brackets (5) with adhesive. Install fan blades (6) to motors (7) with the concave side of the blades to the outside. Install the fan motors to brackets (5) with bolts, nuts and lockwashers. Connect motor ground wires (8) as shown. Install the motors and brackets to the former cover with 8L7395 Nuts (9) and 5P1075 Washers. Tighten nuts (9) to a torque of 18 5 lb.ft. (25 7 N m). 3 Install 3V6409 Guard Assembly (10) with six 8L7395 Nuts (11) and 5P1075 Washers. Make sure the fan blades have clearance.Installation Of Air Conditioner Coil
1 Install a length of 5P892 Seal 20" (508) long on the bottom side of 2N9683 Coil Assembly (1) with the adhesive toward the fins. Install coil assembly (1) as shown with four 5S7379 Bolts (2) and 5P1075 Washers. Install 3V258 Valve (3) with a 6M5062 Seal and install 3V6898 Tube Assembly (4) with a 5F9144 Seal. Install 6H4005 Grommet (5). Install 3V6894 Tube Assembly (6) with a 5L4758 Seal at location (A), a 5P4107 Lockwasher at location (B) and a 5P3928 Coupling, 5P3944 Seal and 5P4106 Nut on the outside of the cab. 2 Install 3V6896 Tube Assembly (7) with 2H3924 Lockwasher at location (C) and a 7K3176 Coupling, 1S8947 Seal and a 7K3304 Nut on the outside of the cab. Install 6H4005 Grommet (8). Install 5K3244 Clip (9) and 4K8302 Clip (10) with a 5S7379 Bolt and 5P1075 Washer. Connect tube (7) to the condenser coil with a 6M5062 Seal. Install 2V86 Hose Assemblies (11) and (12) to the dryer-receiver with 5F9144 Seals. Connect hose (12) to the condenser coil at location (D) with a 5F9144 Seal and connect hose (11) to tube assembly (4) with a 5F9144 Seal as shown. 3 Install the door assembly and connect existing wire (13) to the fan motor wire at location (E). Install 8M2772 Clip (14) as shown.Installation Of Thermostat And Wiring
1 Install 3V6842 Harness Assembly (1) and install 2V45 Wire Assembly (2) to 3V253 thermostats (3) as shown. Put tape on terminal end (4); this is not needed. Install thermostat (3) in control panel (5) with two 2P4339 Nuts and 2V99 Knob (6). Connect harness (1) to existing harness (7) and connect wires (2) to fan switch (8) as shown. 2 Put thermostat capillary tube (9) through the opening at location (A) with a 6K9555 Grommet (10). Install an 8M2772 Clip at locations (B) and (C) with an 8L7395 Nut and 5P1075 Washer. Install capillary tube (9)
