Use Tooling (A) in order to install the crankshaft rear seal and wear sleeve as follows:

Place locator (2) in position on the crankshaft and install the three bolts that hold locator (2) in place.
Apply clean engine oil on the lip of seal (6) and on the outside diameter of wear sleeve (1) .
Install seal (6) on the side of wear sleeve (1) with the bevel. Ensure that the lip of the seal is toward the inside of the engine. The side of the wear sleeve with the bevel should be toward the outside of the engine.
Use Tooling (B) in order to clean the outside diameter of crankshaft flange (3) and the inside diameter of wear sleeve (1) .
Apply Tooling (C) on the outside diameter of crankshaft flange (3) and the inside diameter of wear sleeve (1) .Note: Ensure that the lip of the seal is toward the inside of the engine. The outside diameter of the wear sleeve should be toward the outside of the engine.
Place wear sleeve (1) with seal (6) on locator (2) . Place installer (4) on locator (2) and install nut (5) . Apply lubrication to the face of the washer and the nut.
Tighten nut (5) until installer (4) comes in contact with locator (2) .
Remove Tooling (A) and check the wear sleeve and the seal for correct installation.End By: Install the flywheel. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Flywheel - Remove and Install" for the engine that is being serviced.
