Installation Procedure
Note: Verify that all of the components of the air control valve (service brake) are clean and free of foreign material prior to installation.Note: Check all of the components and all of the O-ring seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary. Lubricate the O-ring seals lightly with the lubricant that is being sealed.

Position air control valve (2) with bracket (6) to the machine.
Install the two bolts that hold the parts in place.
Connect the brake pedal lever to air control valve (2). Install the cotter pin and pin (4) to air control valve (2) .
Connect five air lines (3) to air control valve (2) .
Connect two wires (5) and wire (1) to air control valve (2) .
Make an adjustment to the brake pedal and air control valve (2). Refer to System Operation, Testing and Adjusting, "Pedal Adjustments for Service Brakes and Control Valve Adjustments" for the correct procedure.
