Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.

Park the machine on a smooth, horizontal surface.

Move propulsion lever (1) to the NEUTRAL position.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Stop the engine.
Move the key switch to the ON position.

With lock mechanism (3) down, observe LED (4) on rotor latch sensor (5). The LED in the sensor should be illuminated. If the LED is illuminated, go to Step 10. If the LED is not illuminated, go to Step 7.

Insert the red spoon from Tool (B) into pin 3 (119-PK wire) of connector (6). Insert the black spoon from Tool (B) into pin 1 (234-BK wire) of the connector.
Check the supply voltage. If 24 V is not present, troubleshoot the power supply circuit. If voltage is present, adjust the sensor with the following procedure.
Loosen both jam nuts on rotor latch sensor (5). Rotate the sensor clockwise in order to move the sensor closer to lock mechanism (3). Watch LED (4) on the sensor. Stop moving the sensor when the LED illuminates. Ensure that the sensor does not contact the lock mechanism. Hold the sensor and tighten the jam nuts. If the light will not illuminate, replace the sensor. If the light illuminates, go to Step 10.

Remove pin (7) and lift lock mechanism (3) up. LED (4) in rotor latch sensor (5) should go out. If this happens the sensor is functioning properly. If the light does not go out, replace the sensor.
Move the key switch to the OFF position. Remove the tooling.
