Start By:a. remove track roller frame (left or right)1. Remove the middle and rear bottom guards. The weight of the middle bottom guard is 49 Kg (108 lb). The weight of the rear bottom guard is 70 Kg (154 lb). 2. Use tooling (A) and lift the front of the tractor opposite the side that the track roller frame was removed.3. Put tooling (B) in position to support the weight of the front of the tractor. 4. Remove bolt (3) and washer (2) that holds pin assembly (1) in place. 5. Use tooling (C) and pull pin assembly (1) part way out of the track roller frame.6. Remove tooling (C) and pin assembly (1). 7. Put blocks (4) in position on each end of the equalizer bar to keep it in place when the center pin is removed. 8. Remove the bolt and clamp (5) that holds tube assembly (6) in place.9. Remove bolt (7) and washer (8) that holds pin assembly (9) in place. Remove the pin assembly from the main frame. 10. Put a two ton floor jack (11) in position under the main frame to support equalizer bar (10) when it is removed.11. Remove the blocks from each end of the equalizer bar.12. Fasten a hoist to the end of equalizer bar (10). Pull the equalizer bar part way out of the main frame. 13. Fasten a hoist to the center of equalizer bar (10) and remove it from the machine. The weight of the equalizer bar is 82 Kg (180 lb).Install Equalizer Bar
1. Put a two ton floor jack in position under the main frame to support the equalizer bar when it is installed.2. Fasten a hoist to equalizer bar (10). Put the equalizer bar in position in the main frame. 3. Put blocks (4) in position under each end of the equalizer bar to align the pin hole in the equalizer bar with the pin hole in the main frame. 4. Put clean engine oil on the surface of pin assembly (9) and install the pin assembly.5. Install washer (8) and bolt (7) to hold the center pin in place. 6. Align the equalizer bar with the track roller frame. Put 5P0960 Multipurpose Grease on the surface of pin assembly (1) and install the pin assembly.7. Install washer (2) and bolt (3) to hold the pin assembly in place. 8. Use tooling (A) and lift the front of the tractor opposite the side that the track roller frame was removed.9. Remove tooling (B). Lower the tractor to the ground with tooling (A).10. Install the middle and rear bottom guards.End By:a. install track roller frame (left or right).Disassemble Equalizer Bar
