This Program can be administered only after a failure occurs. The decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS5376" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. Use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

1. If an under valve cover fuel line breaks (cracks) or a number 2 external fuel line breaks (cracks), replace all six under valve cover lines (7C3427) with new parts of the same part number.2. Drain Coolant.3. Remove Air Compressor.4. Replace the number 1 and 2 external fuel lines with a new fuel line assembly.5. Tighten the fuel line nut to a torque of 40 7 N m (30 5 lb ft).6. Install compressor.7. Refill coolant system.8. Change oil and install a new oil filter.Service Claim Allowances
