Align the two tabs on step (4) before installing the step, two bolts (2) and two washers (3). Install protective cap (1). End By:

Install tool (A). Attach a suitable double chain lifting sling to tool (A) and to a suitable hoist. Carefully lift fender (7) and position the fender on the machine. The weight of fender (7) is 80 kg (176 lb).

Install three bolts (14) and three washers (15) in order to secure the front of fender (7). Position mud flap (19) and install four bolts (16), eight washers (17), and four nuts (18) that secure the rear of fender (7).

Attach a suitable nylon lifting sling around guard (11) and to a suitable hoist. Carefully lift guard (11) onto the machine. The weight of guard (11) is 32.5 kg (72 lb).

Install eighteen bolts (12) and eighteen washers (13) in order to secure guard (11) to fender (7).
