The fuse bank is located on the left side of the instrument panel. The panel cover provides access to the fuses. A decal on the inside of panel cover (1) uses international symbols to identify the function of each fuse.Fuse (2) for emulsion spray is the top, front fuse in the panel, and the fuse for water spray (3) is located below the fuse for the emulsion spray. Both of these fuses receive power when the main power relay is energized. The fuse for the emulsion spray distributes power to contact 2 of the switch for the emulsion spray, and the fuse for the water spray distributes power to contact 2 of the switch for the water spray.

The timer for water spray (4) and the relay for water spray (5) are located under the instrument panel. The instrument panel must be removed in order to access these components.The timer for the water spray receives power when the water spray switch is in INTERMITTENT. When the timer is active, the timer creates a 15 second on/off cycle for the water spray system.The relay for the water spray is controlled by the timer for the water spray. During the ON cycle, the coil of the relay for the water spray is energized, and power is transferred to the motor for the water spray. During the OFF cycle, the coil of the relay is de-energized and the motor for water spray does not operate.

The motor for the water spray and pump group (6) and water filter (7) are located on the right side of the machine under the operator platform.The motor for the water spray and the water pump group consists of a 12 volt electric motor which drives a diaphragm type pump. When the motor is operating, the pump draws water from the water tank through the filter and the pump delivers water to the spray bars.

The emulsion spray pump and motor group (8) on the CB-225E is located under the floor panel on the left side of the machine. The water spray pump and motor group (9) is located on the right side of the machine. These groups consist of 12 volt electric motors which drive diaphragm type pumps.Water filter (3) is located near the water spray pump and the motor group.
