start by: a) remove engine 1. Remove two of bolts (2) that hold flywheel (1) in position and install two 3/4"-16 NF guide bolts.2. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to the flywheel. Remove the remainder of bolts (2) and remove flywheel (1). The weight of the flywheel is 60 lb. (27 kg).Install Flywheel
1. Install two 3/4"-16 NF guide bolts (1) in the crankshaft. 2. Fasten tool (A) and a hoist to flywheel (2). Put the flywheel in position on guide bolts (1). Make sure the holes that have identification marks in the flywheel and BrakeSaver rotor are in alignment.3. Install two of the bolts that hold the flywheel.
