The implement system and the braking system share one hydraulic tank (17) on the right side of the machine. The steering system and the hydraulic fan system share another hydraulic tank on the left side of the machine.Reference: For more information on the steering system and the hydraulic fan system, refer to the Service Manual module System Operation, RENR6254 for the machine that is being serviced.Hydraulic tank (17) is located on the right side of the machine next to the operator station. The filters are mounted into the top of the hydraulic tank. Access to the hydraulic tank or servicing the filters is gained by lifting a door in the platform.Pilot system accumulator (8) and combination valve (9) is located next to hydraulic tank (17). Access is gained by removing a cover.Combination valve (9) contains the pilot system relief valve, an unloading valve, a shuttle valve and a pressure tap. The shuttle valve and the unloading valve are for the braking system.Brake pilot pump (16) is also mounted to the pump drive on the flywheel end of the engine. The pilot pump is located next to implement pumps (18). Access is gained by removing a cover.Main relief valve (15) is located in the front frame at the articulation hitch. The main relief valve is accessed from the right side of the machine at the articulation hitch.Main control valve (7) is located in the front frame below the tilt cylinder. The spools in the main control valve are equipped with open centers. The main control valve is equipped with a head end line relief valve and rod end line relief valves for the tilt. The main control valve is equipped with a head end line relief valve. The main control valves also contain a makeup valve and line check valves.Pilot Hydraulic System
The pilot hydraulic system controls the movements of the spools in the main control valve. The pilot hydraulic system also charges the brake accumulators.
