Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before installation, all parts and mating surfaces should be thoroughly clean. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement. Inspect all gaskets and seals. If any gaskets or seals are worn or damaged, use new gaskets or seals for replacement. All installation procedures should be performed in a clean work area.

Use two people to install pilot manifold (4) on the swing frame. Note: The pilot manifold weighs approximately 45 kg (99 lb).
Connect tube (17) at the front edge of pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (16) at the front edge of pilot manifold (4).
Connect wiring (15) to the solenoids at the bottom of pilot manifold (4).
Connect wiring (14) to the pressure switch at pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (13) to the lower side of pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (12) to the top back edge of pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (11) to the bottom back edge of pilot manifold (4).
Connect oil supply hose (10) to the back edge of pilot manifold (4).
Connect return hose (9) to pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (8) to the tee on pilot manifold (4).
Connect hose (7) to the tee on pilot manifold (4).
Connect hose (6) at the front of pilot manifold (4).
Connect tube (5) at the top of pilot manifold (4).
Connect wiring (3) to the solenoids at the top of pilot manifold (4).

Install hoses (1) for the stick and hoses (2) for the bucket.
Check the level of the hydraulic oil. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
