2. Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2) from the ejector check valve. Remove four bolts (3). 3. Disconnect hose assembly (4) from the rear of the ejector check valve. Remove check valve (5).4. Inspect the O-ring seals on hose assemblies (1) and (2), and make replacements if needed. The following steps are for the installation of the ejector check valve.5. Install hose assembly (4) on ejector check valve (5). Put the check valve in position on the frame, and install the four mounting bolts.6. Install hose assemblies (1) and (2).7. Install the cover on the rear of the scraper frame.Disassemble Ejector Check Valve
START BY:a. remove ejector check valve 1. Remove caps (1) and (2) from check valve housing (3). Remove the springs from each cap. Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the caps. If the seals have damage, use new parts for replacement. 2. Remove seat (4) and poppet (5) from the inside of the housing. Remove the O-ring seals and Teflon ring from the poppet. Check the condition of the O-ring seal and Teflon ring. If they have damage, use new parts for replacement.Assemble Ejector Check Valve
1. Install O-ring seal (3), Teflon ring (2) and O-ring seal (1) on the poppet. 2. Install the poppet and seat inside the housing. Install the springs and the caps as shown.
