Remove any attachment tool from the coupler assembly.
Raise the lift arms. Place Tooling (A) under the crossmember in order to support the lift arms.
Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic System Pressure - Release".

Note the position of washers (3) for assembly.
Remove pin assembly (2) and washers (3).
Remove pin assembly (4). Remove link assembly (1) .

Remove seals (5) before removing the bearing.

Use Tooling (B) to remove the bearings from link assembly (1) .Installation Procedure

Lower the temperature of the bearings in order to aid in installation.

Use Tooling (B) to install the bearings into link assembly (1). Ensure that the bearings are centered in the bores.

Note: Ensure that the seal lip points to the outside of the link during installation.
Use Tooling (C) to install lip seals (5) onto each side of the bearings.Note: Ensure that the pin assemblies slide freely in the pin bores before assembly. Lubricate all the pin bores and the pin assemblies with Tooling (D).

Note: You may need to add or you may need to subtract washers (3) if any components have been replaced.
Position link assembly (1). Install washers (3) and pin assembly (2) .

Position the link assembly. Install pin assembly (4) .End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
