Install one 5P-8112 Grommet (7), one 5P-7467 Clip (4), and one 5P-7466 Clip (3) around the 8W-5149 Hose Assembly (30). Secure clips in place with an 8T-4183 Bolt (26) and a 8T-4223 Hard Washer (28). Refer to Illustrations 42 and 43for the position of the clips.

Secure the upper part of the 107-6696 Tube (37) with the following parts: one 7S-3916 Clip (17), one 7S-3919 Clip (18), one 8T-4139 Bolt (25) and one 8T-4223 Washer (28). Refer to Illustrations 42 and 44for the position of the clips.
Attach the 101-0863 Film (33) in position on the left side of the stick assembly. Refer to Illustration 42 for the correct position of the film.

(1) 2P-1293 Bulkhead Fitting (14) 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal (53) 107-6713 Hose Assembly (54) 107-6720 Clamp (55) 108-3871 Bracket
Replace the two existing 111-3799 Clamps (Left Side) with two 107-6720 Clamps (Left Side) (54) that are shown in Illustration 45.
Replace the existing 108-3873 Bracket with a 108-3871 Bracket (55) that is shown in Illustration 45.
Replace the existing 115-6870 Hose Assembly with a 107-6713 Hose Assembly (53). Connect one end of the hose assembly (53) and one 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal (14) to the control valve bank. Connect the hose assembly (53) to the 108-3871 Bracket (55) with a 7J-9108 O-Ring Seal (14) and a 2P-1293 Bulkhead Fitting (1) .
Attach the cab to the machine. Refer to the Disassembly and Assembly module with your machine's Service Manual.
Attach the rear wheels to the machine.
Install the floorplate in the machine.
Install the operator's seat in the cab.
Fill the hydraulic system with hydraulic fluid. Refer to the Service Manual for filling instructions.
Personal injury or death can result from improperly checking for a leak.Always use a board or cardboard when checking for a leak. Escaping air or fluid under pressure, even a pin-hole size leak, can penetrate body tissue causing serious injury, and possible death.If fluid is injected into your skin, it must be treated immediately by a doctor familiar with this type of injury.
Check for hydraulic fluid leaks. Refer to the Service Manual for correct procedures.
If leaks are discovered, shut down the machine and release the hydraulic pressure according to your Service Manual.
Repair any leaks which are detected.
Repeat Steps 52 to 55.
