CASE TRANSM 8S6194 - Caterpillar

1. Remove pin (2) from pin (3). Remove pin (3) and remove brake pedal (1). 2. Remove cotter pin (4) from pin (6). Remove pin (6) and roller (5) from the brake pedal. 3. Remove bolts (7) and remove plate assembly (8). 4. Remove boot (9), plunger (10), and button (11) from the plate.5. Do Steps 1 through 4 to remove the other brake pedal.Install Brake Pedal
1. Clean and inspect all parts. Make a replacement of all parts that are worn or damaged. 2. Install boot (1) on plunger (2). Install the boot and plunger assembly and button (4) on plate (3). 3. Install plate assembly (3) to the floor. 4. Install roller (4) and pin (5) to brake pedal. 5. Install brake pedal (6) to the plate assembly.6. Do Steps 1 through 5 to install the other brake pedal.
