1. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the fan, as shown. 2. Remove six bolts (1) and remove the fan from the machine. The weight of the fan is 30 kg (66 lb).Installation Procedure
1. Before installing the fan, make sure lower fan guard (2) is in position, as shown. 2. Attach a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to the fan, as shown. Put the fan in position on the fan drive pulley. The weight of the fan is 30 kg (66 lb).3. Install six bolts (1).End By:a. Install the radiator header tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator Tank (Header) - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.b. Install the radiator.
