Check the oil every day before starting machine.
Machine should be kept in the following position before checking oil level.
Machine should rest on its tires.
Machine should be in off condition before filling oil.
Cylinder position before checking oil level
Stab cylinder fully closed (stab legs up)
Boom cylinder fully closed (boom up)
Stick cylinder fully extended (stick close)
Bucket cylinder fully extended (bucket close)
Swing cylinder in center position
Lift cylinder close (loader bucket needs to be above the ground level about 150mm)
Tilt cylinder fully closed.
If the oil level is below the minimum mark in this position, top up oil until the oil reaches maximum mark. Note: Oil in the gauge moves slowly, carefully fill when oil is near the maximum mark.
After filling oil to the required level start the engine
Return all control lever to neutral position.
Run engine at low idle.
Operate all controls at low idle initially in both direction.
Operate one cylinder at a time.
Move the control valves to full shift position (to avoid aeration).
Move the cylinders to full stroke for at least five times.
Do not hold it in stall for more than 1 second.
Refill the hydraulic tank when the oil level goes below minimum marking.
