The lubricant pail is not included with the 275-9607 Portable Test and Fill Machine .Dealer Service Tools now offers the 275-9607 Portable Test and Fill Machine. The technician inserts the nozzle assembly into the rubber stopper on the track. The portable test and fill machine pressure tests the lubricant reservoir for leaks. The machine evacuates the air from the reservoir in order to ensure a complete fill. Then, the machine fills the reservoir with the proper amount of lubricant from a graduated delivery cylinder.The machine operates entirely on clean, dry compressed air. No electricity or nitrogen is required. This makes the portable test and fill machine an excellent unit to use on a service vehicle.The technician manually controls the entire fill process. Momentary contact switches activate each step. A differential pressure gauge provides visual verification during the leak test. The technician can accurately calibrate the amount of lubricant that fills the reservoir. The technician simply adjusts a threaded rod on the graduated delivery cylinder in order to calibrate the volume of oil.The portable test and fill machine includes a pump that will fit on the lid of a 18 L (5 US gal) pail. An optional adapter for a 208 L (55 US gal) drum is available. The unit also includes a 11 L (3 US gal) reservoir that collects the oil left in the lines after a fill is complete. An optional cart is available for use in the shop.
