Connect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
Personal injury can result working with the tire and rim without precautions.Personal injury can result if the weight shifts and causes movement of the tire and rim.When starting nuts on the studs, do not put your arm between the rim and final drive without first wedging a block of hardwood between the rim and final drive.

Remove bolts (1) and fender (2) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to the machine. Raise the machine and install Tooling (A) .

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3) . Remove nuts (4) and remove tire and rim (3) . The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).Installation Procedure

Attach a suitable lifting device to tire and rim (3) . Install tire and rim (3) . Apply one drop of Tooling (B) to the threads of nuts (4) . Install nuts (4) . Tighten nuts (4) to a torque of 360 25 N m (266 18 lb ft). The weight of tire and rim (3) is approximately 79 kg (175 lb).

Attach a suitable lifting device to the machine. Raise the machine and remove Tooling (A) .

Install fender (1) and bolts (2) .End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
