Removal Procedure
Drain engine coolant. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change for proper draining and filling procedures.
Drain transmission fluid. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual , Transmission Oil - Change for proper draining and filling procedures.

Disconnect hose assemblies (1) and (2). Loosen clamps (4) and (8) and disconnect hoses (3) and (9). Remove bolts (7) and (5) and use 2 people to remove the transmission oil cooler (6). The weight of the transmission oil cooler (6) is approximately 26.4 kg (58.2 lb).Installation Procedure
Install transmission oil cooler (6) in the reverse order of removal.
