Removal Procedure
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Shut off the air supply at the air reservoir. Drain the pressurized air from the air starting system. The sudden release of pressurized air can cause personal injury.

Ensure that the air supply is shut off at the reservoir. Ensure that the air pressure is drained from the air starting system.
Remove the four bolts (1).
Remove the air silencer (2) and the gasket. Check the gasket for damage. If necessary, replace the gasket.
Remove the four bolts (3).
Remove the air silencer (4) and the gasket. Check the gasket for damage. If necessary, replace the gasket. Installation Procedure

Check the gasket for damage. If necessary, replace the gasket. Install the air silencer (4) and the gasket.
Install the four bolts (3).
Check the gasket for damage. If necessary, replace the gasket. Install the air silencer (2) and the gasket.
Install the four bolts (1).
Turn on the air supply at the reservoir.
Check for leaks in the system.
