2. Disconnect hose assemblies (2) and (5) from the oil cooler. Move adapter (4) away from the oil cooler. 3. Fasten a hoist to oil cooler (3). Remove bolts (9) and bolts (1). Remove the oil cooler from the engine. The weight of the oil cooler is 27 kg (60 lb.).4. If necessary, remove bolts (6), bracket (8), bonnet (7) and the gasket from the oil cooler. The following steps are for installation of the transmission oil cooler.5. Put the gasket, bonnet (7) and bracket (8) in position on the oil cooler. Install bolts (6).6. Fasten a hoist to oil cooler (3). Put the gasket and oil cooler (3) in position on the engine. Install bolts (1) and (9).7. Put adapter (4) and hose assemblies (2) and (5) in position, and install the bolts that hold them in place.8. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level. See the Maintenance Guide.
