(1) Needed only if missing from the machine.
Move the ejector implement at least partially forward for access to the clip point.
Ground the cutting edge and put the machine in PARK.
Perform proper lock-out/tag-out to secure the machine prior to working on the machine.

Locate the hose tray above the right rear scraper wheel

Check that the bolt, washer, and clips are intact and holding the hose in place. Replace clip (1), clip (2), and grommet (3) only if the hardware is missing from the machine. If, the hardware is missing proceed to Step 6.

Install the tapered end of the taperlock stud (4) into the boss, using Loctite 243 (7).
Install clip halves (1), (2) and grommet (3) onto the hose. Then mount clips (1) and (2) onto the stud (7) and secure using hard washer (5), and locknut (6).
