Information:
start by:a) remove front drive shaft and support bearing1. Turn the machine all of the way to the left. Put blocks in front and behind the wheels.2. Drain the oil from the transmission.
Keep hands away from the brake chamber area until the parking brake has been released.
3. Push the emergency brake control (found on the dash) to release the parking brake. 4. Loosen nuts (2) to remove tension from the parking brake adjustment rod (1). Remove cotter pin (3) and pin (4) from the adjustment rod. 5. Remove bolt (5), retainer (6) and then remove seal from behind retainer (6).6. Remove bolts (7) and slide drum and flange toward front of the machine. Make a separation of the drum and flange at this time. 7. Remove the bolts that hold brake group to transfer gear case. Remove brake group and camshaft assembly (8). 8. Use tool (A) to remove springs (9). Remove brake shoes (11) from plate assembly (10).
