2. Remove elbow (1), pipe (3) and elbow (2).3. Remove four bolts (4). 4. Remove three nuts (7) and one bolt (8). Remove water pump (6).5. Remove cover (5) from the water pump.Install Water Pump (Marine Engine)
1. Install cover (1) on water pump (2).2. Put water pump (2) in position on the timing gear cover. Install the nuts and one bolt that hold pump (2) to the timing gear cover. 3. Install four bolts (6).4. Put clean engine oil or glycerine on the O-rings for pipe (5). Install elbow (3), pipe (5) and elbow (4).5. Fill the expansion tank with coolant to the correct level.
