This diagnostic code is recorded when the VIMS electronic control module cannot communicate with any of the display modules.System Response:When this diagnostic code is present, the following conditions may be present:
Any of the display modules or all the display modules may not work during operation or the display modules during the self test.
Any of the display modules or all the display modules may be erratic during operation of the machine or the display modules during the self test.
The message center module displays the message “CAB DISPLAY ERROR CALL SHOP”.Test Step 1. INSPECT THE HARNESS CONNECTIONS.
Turn the disconnect switch to the OFF position.
Inspect the harness connections that are related to the SPI data link. Make sure that the connectors are clean and tight.
Check the mating of the harness connectors.
Check wires at the connector.
Check each wire for nicks or signs of abrasion in the insulation.
Check for moisture at the connector.
Check for dirty contacts or corroded contacts.
