The oil pressure from the main circuit enters the vibratory valve through the ports (A) and (B) of the main circuit. Ports (A) and (B) are machined into the vibratory valve. The vibratory valve is bolted to the vibratory pump. The machined ports for the O-ring are matched to the pump.The lines for the control circuit oil that connect to the front of the vibratory motor also connect to lines (8) and (14). The lines for the control circuit oil that connect to the rear of the vibratory motor also connect to lines (6) and (12) .The return oil from the propel valve flows to the vibratory valve through line (7). The return oil will flow to the charge relief valve (3) .Vibratory Control Valves
The lines (A) and (B) route the high pressure oil from the vibratory valve to the front of the vibratory motor. The lines (A) and (B) route the high pressure oil from the vibratory valve to the rear of the vibratory motor. The oil flow is directed to the appropriate vibratory motor when the solenoid is not energized. When neither solenoid valves (11) or (15) are energized, both motors are in operation. The vibratory motors power the weights in the vibratory drums. The lines (6), (8), (12), and (14) are located on the vibratory valve. The vibratory motors are connected in a series, when both of the motors are operating.Cooling Valve
The cooling shuttle valve is a three-position pilot operated valve. The pilot oil from the high pressure side of the closed circuit shifts the cooling shuttle valve. This allows a portion of the oil in the return side of the closed circuit to be directed to the charge relief valve (11) .Charge Relief Valve
The charge oil is supplied by the steering pump. The charge oil performs the following functions:
cool the main circuit.
flush the main circuit.
cool the pump case.
flush the pump case.
cool the motor case.
flush the motor case.The charge oil replenishes the lost oil in the main circuit, and the charge oil supplies control oil for the vibratory pump. The charge pressure is limited by the charge relief valve (11). The pressure of the charge relief valve is checked at test port (10). All return oil to the hydraulic oil cooler goes through the charge relief valve (11). The oil return line is connected to the vibratory valve at line (12). The inter circuit relief valve (2) and the anticavitation valve (5) form a parallel circuit between the vibratory motors. The inter circuit relief valve (2)
