A 1P-0808 Multipurpose Grease 1 Note: Be sure that the stick pin bore, boom pin bores, and stick cylinder pins are thoroughly clean prior to installation of the bucket.

Apply a thin coat of Tooling (A) on the diameter of the pin bores and stick cylinder pins. Use the suitable lifting device to support stick cylinder (11) into position. Weight of the stick cylinder is approximately 48 kg (105 lb).

Install pin assembly (8) to the stick cylinder.
Install washer (7), and bolt (6) .

Lower the rod end of the stick cylinder into position.

Install pin assembly (3), washer (2), and bolt (1) .
Remove plugs and connect hose assemblies (4) and (5) .
