Information:

1. Drain the coolant as necessary. Loosen hose clamp (1). Remove bolts (2) and (3).2. Disconnect water flow switch (4).3. Remove retension bolt and front bonnet. Remove four bolts (5) and remove oil cooler (6) and remove bonnet. The following steps are for the assembly of the engine oil cooler.4. Install the O-ring seals on the engine oil cooler. Put clean engine oil on the seals. Install the bonnet back on the engine oil cooler.5. Put engine oil cooler (6) in position on the engine and install bolts (5), leave bolts loose. Install bolts (3) and (2). Tighten hose clamp. Tighten all bolts and nuts.6. Connect water flow switch. Fill the cooling system. See the Maintenance Guide.End By:a. install engine oil filter and base.
