Install the O-ring seal to hose (30). Connect hose (30) to the refrigerant compressor.

Connect hoses (27) and (29) to the water pump. Tighten band clamps (26) and (28) .

Install bolt (16) and the washer that secures ground cable (15) to the machine frame.

Install the O-ring seal to hose (14). Install four bolts (12), the washers, and two half clamps (13) in order to connect hydraulic hose (14) to the hoist pump. Install the O-ring seal to hose (11). Connect hydraulic hose (11) to the transmission.

Connect electrical cables (9) and (10) to the engine starter. Install bolt (6), the washer, and the nut that secures wire clip (5) to the mounting bracket. Install nut (8), the washer, and the bolt that secures wire clip (7) to the mounting bracket.

Remove the wires or tie straps that secure filter (3) to the side of the engine. Position filter (3) to the machine frame for installation.

Install bolt (1), the washer, and two hose clips (2) that secure the fuel hoses to the machine frame.
Fill the engine with oil to the proper level. See Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7183 for the correct procedure.

Remove Tooling (A) from the front machine frame.
After the maintenance is completed, the suspension must be adjusted.
