(23)Hydraulic Control System - Change Filter Elements and Wash Screen
1. Lower all equipment and stop engine. Loosen bleed plug to relieve pressure. 2. Remove filter housing drain plug and drain housing. Clean and install drain plug. Tighten drain plug to 19 2 lb. ft. (2,6 0,3 mkg). 3. Unscrew element attaching bolt and remove cover screen and elements. 4. Wash screen in clean solvent. 5. Install new cover seal. 6. Install new filter elements. 7. Assemble elements, screen and cover assembly. Tighten cover bolt to 43 2 lb. ft. (6 0,3 mkg).8. Start engine and operate at low idle. 9. Close filter bleed plug when oil flows free of air bubbles. 10. Check oil level. Maintain oil level above ADD oil mark.(24)Fuel Tank And Fuel Tank Filler Cap - Drain Moisture and Sediment and Wash and Oil Cap
Open valve to drain water and sediment. Remove and disassemble cap. Wash parts in clean solvent. Lightly oil element. Assemble and install cap.
