Bucket Control (1) Lift cylinders (two) (2) Tilt cylinder (3) Lift arm assembly (4) Lever (5) Link (6) BucketThe bucket control provides a way to control the operation of bucket (6) .The group is made up of the following components: two lift cylinders (1), tilt cylinder (2), lift arm assembly (3), lever (4) and link (5) .The placement of link (5) in the lift arm assembly is called the z-bar linkage. The Z is formed by the following components: tilt cylinder (2), lever (4) and link (5) .The following components are fastened to the loader frame by pins: tilt cylinder (2), lift cylinders (1) and lift arm assembly (3) .When pressure oil is sent to the head end of lift cylinders (1), lift arm assembly (3) is raised. When pressure oil flows to rod end of lift cylinders (2), lift arm assembly (3) is lowered. The bucket tilts back when pressure oil is sent to the head end of tilt cylinder (2). The bucket dumps when pressure oil flows to the rod end of the tilt cylinder.Bucket Positioner Mechanism (Tilt Kickout)

Bucket Positioner (1) Tilt cylinder (2) Rod (3) Electric switch (4) BoltThe bucket positioner mechanism automatically moves the tilt control valve spool and the lever from the TILT BACK detent position to the HOLD position when the bucket gets to the desired digging angle. The rod moves farther out of the tilt cylinder in order to move the bucket from the DUMP position to the TILT BACK position. When rod (2) moves out of tilt cylinder (1), bolt (4) on the tilt lever moves toward bucket positioner switch (3). Switch (3) on tilt cylinder (1) is a solid state relay. In one direction, the bolt closes the switch in order to make a ground for the solenoid circuit. In the opposite direction, the magnet opens the electric switch in order to open the circuit.Consult the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Machine Adjustments" for additional information.Lift Kickout Mechanism

Lift Kickout (1) Bracket for electrical switch (2) Electric switch (3) Right side lift arm (4) Magnet assemblyThe lift kickout mechanism automatically moves the lift control valve spool and the lever from the RAISE detent position to the HOLD position when the bucket gets to the desired dump height.Magnet assembly (4) rotates upward as the bucket is raised. Switch (2) is mounted to the right side lift arm. When the magnet assembly reaches the switch, the solenoid circuit is closed. As the bucket is lowered, magnet assembly (4) rotates away from switch (2) and the solenoid circuit is opened.Consult the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Machine Adjustments" for additional information.
