Start By:a. remove brake caliper assemblies 1. Remove four bolts (3) and four pins (2) from brake caliper (1). 2. Remove bolts (4) and plate (5) from the inside of the brake caliper. 3. Remove plugs (7) and seals (6) from the inside of brake caliper. 4. Remove piston (8) from the inside of the brake caliper. If necessary, use a soft hammer handle to tap piston (8) out of the brake caliper. 5. Remove boot (9) from the inside of the brake caliper. 6. Remove packing (10) from the bore in the brake caliper. 7. Use tooling (A) to pull piston (11) from the outside of the brake caliper. 8. Remove boot (12) from the outside of the brake caliber. 9. Remove packing (13) from the outside of the brake caliper.10. Repeat Steps 4 through 9 to remove the remaining pistons, boots and packings.Assemble Brake Caliper Assemblies
