1. Fasten a hoist to the ejector cylinder. Remove bolt (2) and pin (1). Move the cylinder down and free of the ejector. 2. Fasten a hoist to the ejector. Move the ejector forward until the ejector rear guide rollers (3) are free of their guides (4) and the front of the ejector is free of its guide.

1. Put the ejector in the rear of the bowl with a hoist. Move the ejector to the rear until the ejector rear guide rollers (2) engage in their guides (1) and the front of the ejector engages in its guide. 2. Put the pin bore of the ejector cylinder in alignment with the pin bore on the ejector. Install the pin (3) in the bores and the bolt (4) in the pin.end by: a) install ejector front guide rollers Check to make sure the clearance (5) between the ejector and bowl is .12 to .75 in. (3.0 to 19.1 mm). When one side is .75 in. (19.1 mm), the other side must not be more than .50 in. (12.7 mm). Check to make sure the clearance (6) between the ejector and floor is .03 to .24 in. (0.8 to 6.1 mm). Check to make sure the clearance (7) between the ejector rear guide roller and its guide is .12 to .31 in. (3.0 to 7.9 mm). When one side is .31 in. (7.9 mm), the other side must not be more than .12 in. (3.0 mm).
