Run engine to warm oil. Park machine on level and apply parking brake. Stop engine.
Use caution when draining oil. Hot oil can cause personal injury.
1. Remove transmission and converter filter drain plug. Allow oil to drain. 2. Remove cover and element. 3. Inspect cover seal. Use new seal if necessary. 4. Install new element. Clean and install cover.5. Clean and install drain plug. 6. Remove transmission oil return filter cover and element. 7. Remove screen and wash in clean solvent.8. Install screen. 9. Install new filter element.10. Inspect cover seal. Use new seal if necessary. Clean and install cover. 11. Remove brake cooling return oil filter cover. Wash cover in clean solvent. 12. Remove filter element and screen.13. Wash screen in clean solvent. 14. Install screen and new filter element.15. Inspect cover seal. Use new seal if necessary. Install clean cover. 16. Check oil level with engine running at low idle, oil warm and transmission in NEUTRAL. Maintain oil level at FULL mark in sight gauge.772

1. Check condition and adjustment of belts. Correct adjustment of alternator belts allows 9/16 to 13/16 inch (14 to 20 mm) deflection (Fan belt is self adjusting.) 2. To adjust, loosen locknut. 3. Turn adjusting nut to obtain correct deflection. Tighten locknut.772
