"Engine Overspeed"
The trip point for this parameter is set at the factory. This parameter is always ON. This parameter cannot be turned off. If the engine speed increases to the trip point or if the engine speed exceeds the trip point, the ECM will activate an engine shutdown. A typical trip point is 118 percent of the engine's rated speed for generator set applications."High Engine Coolant Temperature"
The trip points for this parameter can be programmed by the customer. The shutdown response is always ON. The shutdown response cannot be turned off.
