Introduction
There are three ways to reset events. One method, which applies only to the OCP is reset the individual active events. The events are reset by navigating to the desired event in the event log.The second method applies to all modules other than the OCP. The second method is a process to reset all active events in the event log for that module. The events are reset by navigating to one of the "Active" events in that event log.The third method is an approach that resets all active events for all modules.
The control must be placed in stop mode in order to reset active shutdown events.
Reset Individual Active Events Using the OCP
The "EVENT LOGS" menu can be accessed two ways.
Press the "EVENT LOGS" key in order to navigate directly to the event log.

Use the navigation keys at the "MAIN MENU" to select "VIEW". Press the OK key. Refer to Illustration 1. Use the following steps to reset an active event.

Use the navigation keys at the "VIEW" screen to select "EVENT LOGS". Press the OK key in order to access the "EVENT LOGS" menu. Refer to Illustration 2.

Use the navigation keys at the "EVENT LOGS" screen to select "LOCAL EVENTS". Press the OK key. The total number of active events for an ECM is listed to the right of the ECM. Refer to Illustration 3. Note: Illustration 3 shows five "LOCAL" events.

Use the navigation keys to highlight an ECM that has active events. Move the cursor down in order to select the active event that requires resetting. Refer to Illustration 4. Note: If the control is in stop mode, "RESET" will be shown and highlighted.Events are ordered by the status of the event. "PRESENT" events are listed first. "PRESENT" events are followed by "ACTIVE" events. Finally, "ACTIVE" events are followed "INACTIVE" events. Within each status, the events are listed with the most recent first.

Press the "OK" key to reset the event. If the event status is present, the "RESET" text will not be visible. The event cannot be reset until the condition that caused the event has been addressed. Refer to the Illustration 5.Resetting All Events for a Single Module
