This Program can be administered either before or after a failure. In either case the decision whether to apply the Program is made by the dealer. When reporting the repair, use "PS4161" as the Part Number and "7755" as the Group Number. If administered before failure, use "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "T" as the SIMS Description Code. If administered after failure, use "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and use "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

Several armrest switch failures have reported, which caused the loss of pilot pressure. The switches were damaged during seat adjustments, therefore it will be from now on part of the seat arrangement instead of the console arrangement. A similar solution was developed for field rework.

1. Turn the machine OFF.2. Remove the armrest switch connector.3. Remove nuts fastening armrest switch on the left console and remove switch from its current position (Illustration 1). 4. Carefully bend plate 90 degrees (according to Illustration 2) and drill two 7 mm holes.5. Install armrest switch on the 1440629 Plate without locking its nuts then install the 1440629 Plate on the seat with 8T4138 Bolts and 1293178 Nuts (Illustration 3).6. Install the 1440630 Plate on the left console with a 1428545 Bolt and 9X8244 Nut (Illustration 4). 7. Finally adjust the switch position so that the plunger of the switch remains approximately 0.5 mm outside the switch housing when the left console is in the locked position.
