When reporting the repair, use "PI1286" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Code and "T" as the SIMS Description Code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI1286" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number, "96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.
Problem
Higher grade bolts need to be installed in the cab roof guard on certain TH62, TH63, TH82 and TH83 Telehandlers.

Remove the two rear bolts and the two front nuts and bolts that hold the guard assembly to the cab roof. Replace them with grade 10.9 bolts. Use silicone sealer on the threads of the rear bolts to ensure water tight threads.
