Rework Procedure
1. Use Caterpillar's Product Support Customer Relations Management (PSCRM) system to create a ?System Technology? event type service request (SR). The Inquiry Type needs to be Product Technologies with the Workgroup/Subsystem = Product Link. In the description field, please use ?FOTA Request? and the PL241 software needs to be updated. This will require acknowledgment of Customer consent to proceed with the FOTA prior to submitting to Caterpillar.
