Install adapter (6), connector (39), o-ring (14), and o-ring (2) into oil filter group (41) base. Install temperature sensor (32) using o-ring (15).
Install o-ring (2), adapter (3), dust cap (16), sampling valve (33), and elbow (34) into oil filter group (41) base.
Install o-ring (7), and plug (43).
Install elbow (11), and o-ring (15).

Install plug (43) and o-ring (7) into the tube boss.

Install bracket (47) to filter base using four mount assemblies (1), four bolts (20), and eight washers (23). Install bracket (30) using washer (17), and bolt (18). Install elbow (9), and two o-rings (8) securing with nut (10). Leave nut (10) slightly loose to allow for orientation adjustment.

Install hose (C), and hose (D).Note: If hose (C) needs replaced, use hose (35). If hose (D) needs replaced, use hose (36).
Install bracket and filter base assembly using two bolts (19), two washers (24), two spacers (26), two washers (17), two bolts (22), and two washers (23).Secure assembly to hydraulic filter using four mount assemblies (1), four bolts (20), and eight washers (23).
Install lines (A), and (B) using two o-rings (15), o-ring (4), and o-ring (12). Tighten the two lines.

Install elbow (13), o-ring (2), and o-ring (12) to the bottom of accumulator.

Install bracket (31) using washer (17), and bolt (18). Secure accumulator (40) on the top, using seal (5), washer (17), bolt (21), Clip (28), and Clip (29).Secure accumulator (40) on the bottom, using seal (5), washer (17), bolt (21), Clip (28), and Clip (29).Note: Charge accumulator either prior to or after installation. The accumulator ships discharged. Refer to Special Instruction , REHS5464 , "Accumulator Discharging and Charging Procedures".

Install accumulator hose (46) and o-ring (12).

Connect plug (27) to rear most bypass valve connector. Tie strap the connector to the link on the front face of the hydraulic tank.

Install coil (F) using washer (45), and bolt (25). Torque bolt to 9.5 1.5 N m (84.08 13.28 lb in).Note: A bolt runs through the solenoid to simulate a load that is seen to prevent throwing a code.Note: If coil (F) needs replaced, use coil (38).

Install film (42) on filter canister.
Connect all remaining electrical connectors. Tighten all hose connections. Reassemble the machine.
