Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the water tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Water Tank - Remove and Install.
Remove the water mat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Water Mat and Mounting - Remove and Install.
Remove the spray bar. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Spray Bar - Remove and Install.

Disconnect harness assembly (1).

Disconnect two harness assemblies (2).

Remove the cable strap. Disconnect two harness assemblies (3).

Remove three cable straps (4).

Remove the bolts. the two washers, the nut and P-clip (5).
Remove two cable straps (6). Reposition the harness assembly out of the way.

Attach a suitable lifting device to front bumper (7). The weight of front bumper (7) is approximately 440 kg (970 lb).
Remove the four bolts , the four washers, and front bumper (7).Installation Procedure
Install front bumper (7) in the reverse order of removal.End By:
Install the spray bar. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Spray Bar - Remove and Install.
Install the water mat. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Water Mat and Mounting - Remove and Install.
Install the water tank. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, Water Tank - Remove and Install.
