3408 (78Z) (1) Drill thirty-six 8.74 0.76Ø mm (.344" .03"Ø) holes (A) in the base at the locations shown. (2) Fasten lower end panels (1) and (2) loosely to the base with four plates (3). Fasten four lower side panels (4) loosely to the base. Fasten center panels (5) and (6) loosely to the base with plates (7). Install support (8). Install posts (9) and (10), frames (11) and (12), and braces (13) on grills (14) and (15) to make the end assemblies. Loosely fasten the end assemblies to lower end panels (1) and (2). (3) Put top panels (16), (17), (18) and (19) in position. Loosely fasten the top panels together and to support (8), center panels (5) and (6), and end assemblies (20) and (21). Install latches (22) and door (23). Install baffles (24) on the end assembly next to the radiator. Install doors (25) and (26). Tighten the bolts in the following sequence: 1) top panel to top panel, 2) top panels to support and center panels, 3) top panels to end assemblies, 4) end assemblies to lower end panels, and 5) lower end panels, lower side panels and center panels to the base. Make sure all doors open and close without interference. Install 6N3035 Films at locations (B) and 8S5494 Films at locations (C).
