This Program must be administered as soon as possible.When reporting the repair, use "PI32692" as the Part Number and "7751" as the Group Number, "56" as the Warranty Claim Description Codeand "T" as the SIMS Description code. Exception: If the repair is done after failure, use "PI32692" as the Part Number, "7751" as the Group Number,"96" as the Warranty Claim Description Code, and "Z" as the SIMS Description Code.

PROBLEM
The lifting eye retainer needs to be replaced and DGB gas tube inspected for damage on certain DGB equipped 3512C Oil Well Service Engines and SPF343C Trailer Mounted Pumpers. The current lifting eye retainer does not provide sufficient retention force to the lifting eye. This could allow the lifting eye to come loose and contact the gas tube. Contact over a period of time could rub a hole in the tube causing a gas leak.
