CLAMP 2420811 - Caterpillar

Remove eight retaining nuts from the gearbox and remove the gearbox.
Remove mounting adapter.

Remove Mounting Adapter (1) Mounting Adapter (2) Washer (3) Bolt
Remove bolt (3) and washer (2) from the top and bottom of the mounting bracket to remove mounting adapter (1) .
Drive the attachment pin out the bottom of the mounting bracket.Assembly

Attach Lifting Device
Attach a lifting device to the TT7000 Torque Turn Wrench gearbox and parallel arm assembly.
Install the mounting adapter.

Install Mounting Pin
Align the new parallel arm assembly with the holes in the mounting bracket.
Insert the mounting pin through the mounting bracket.
Install a washer and bolt in the top and bottom of the mounting pin.

Install New Couplings (Indicated By Arrows) In Manifold Valve Body
Install new hydraulic couplings on top of the manifold valve body.
Attach new hydraulic hoses. Refer to the Section ""Hydraulic Schematic"" for installation of the hydraulic hoses.

Attach A Hydraulic Hose To The Top Of The Hydraulic Cylinder
Attach a hydraulic hose from the top of the manifold to the top of the parallel arm hydraulic cylinder.

Attach Second Hydraulic Hose To Bottom Of Hydraulic Cylinder
Attach a second hydraulic hose from the top of the manifold valve body to the bottom of the parallel arm hydraulic cylinder.

Connect Three Hydraulic Hoses From Motor To Manifold Valve Body
Attach three hydraulic hoses from the hydraulic motor to the top of the manifold valve body.
Connect a hose from the side of the manifold valve body to the top of the hydraulic cylinder. Route this hose over the hydraulic motor.
Install a new electrical control box.
Attach a new electrical control box to the TT7000 Torque Turn Wrench.
Make appropriate wiring connections. Refer to the Section ""Electrical Schematic"" in this manual for additional information.
Connect the TT7000 Torque Turn Wrench to the proper electrical supplyHydraulic Schematic

Note: Operate the torque turn wrench with the Run/Shunt switch in the shunt mode. Change this switch to "Run" to check the center of the transducer.
